SHIPPING WITHIN THE UK

Kinshipped Ltd. aims to dispatch all mainland UK orders within 2 working days using Royal Mail & DPD postal services. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, postal strikes or during busy times like Christmas, deliveries may take a little longer. If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact us on info@kinshipped.com. If you are looking for a shorter lead time on your items, please do use our next day shipping service and feel free to email the above address to stress urgency (stock dependent). Shipping delays are hugely disappointing to us and affect our business hugely so we always try to do our best.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch orders internationally within 5 working days to arrive within 10 working days via Royal Mail, DPD & DHL express. If you need your items more urgently, please let us know.

RETURNS

We really hope you love your Kinshipped products. If you are not entirely happy please notify us by contacting info@kinshipped.com You must return your unwanted Products for a refund within 10 working days from the day you received the Products. The Products, including their original packaging, must be returned “as new” in a saleable condition. For all returns and refunds please obtain a proof of postage certificate from your Post Office as we cannot refund products damaged or lost in transit. We will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of the Products in full. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
